Finally, Sydney Rae was born.
Her stats: born on 4/9/07, around 9:55 a.m. central time, 8 lbs. 4 oz., and about 21 inches long, and according to her dad, her feet are ticklish
So far that's all I know about my new niece. It's amazing how I can have so much love for Sydney, and excitement, and I haven't even met her yet, I've not held her or shared a laugh, or anything. Which leads me to believe our hearts are so much bigger than we, or I, typically allow it to be. I love her and I have never even seen her, I suppose maybe I am just transferring the love I have for Craig and Lori on to their child. She's a shoe-in basically.
So, welcome Sydney, we are all so happy that your presence will be added to our family. And, since you can't read this welcome, I'll have to translate it for you in hugs and kisses when I see you.
